Bank statement conversion, by bank

Each bank publishes its own window for downloading transactions natively. These pages document that window with an official source, then cover the PDF statements beyond it: older history, scanned copies, and a client's whole folder of statements at once, every one checked against its own printed balances before you convert it.

Wells Fargo

Wells Fargo's own online activity download only reaches back so far. For anything older, for a batch of statements a client handed you, or for a scanned copy, Arkrel reads the PDF and checks its balances before you convert it to QuickBooks CSV, Xero CSV, OFX, Excel, CSV or JSON.

See the Wells Fargo page

U.S. Bank

U.S. Bank's own CSV, QFX and QBO downloads cover recent activity. Beyond that window, or for a closed account, the statement PDF is what you actually have. Arkrel reads it, checks the balances, and converts it to QuickBooks CSV, Xero CSV, OFX, Excel, CSV or JSON.

Chase

Chase keeps statements available for years, but its exact current download options for recent transactions are worth checking inside your own account. For anything outside that window, or for a stack of PDF statements you're catching up on, Arkrel reads the PDF and checks it before converting to QuickBooks CSV, Xero CSV, OFX, Excel, CSV or JSON.

See the Chase page

Capital One

Capital One separates recent online activity from its longer-kept statement archive, and combines some accounts onto one statement. Arkrel reads the statement PDF exactly as it prints, checks its balances, and converts it to QuickBooks CSV, Xero CSV, OFX, Excel, CSV or JSON.

Bank of America

Bank of America keeps statements available for years. For activity outside whatever window your own account currently offers for download, or for a stack of PDF statements you're catching up on, Arkrel reads the PDF, checks its balances, and converts it to QuickBooks CSV, Xero CSV, OFX, Excel, CSV or JSON.

See the Bank of America page

American Express

American Express keeps your previous two years of transactions available to view and download online, and makes older statements available as an archived PDF. For an archived statement, a batch of years a client handed you, or a scanned copy, Arkrel reads the PDF and checks its balances before converting it to QuickBooks CSV, Xero CSV, OFX, Excel, CSV or JSON.

Navy Federal

Navy Federal automatically saves your paperless statements for you to view or print. For anything older, a batch of statements a client handed you, or a scanned copy, Arkrel reads the PDF and checks its balances before converting it to QuickBooks CSV, Xero CSV, OFX, Excel, CSV or JSON.

Citi

CitiBusiness Online documents its own CSV and QuickBooks/Quicken Web Connect downloads. For a personal Citi account, an older statement, or a batch of statements a client handed you, Arkrel reads the PDF and checks its balances before converting it to QuickBooks CSV, Xero CSV, OFX, Excel, CSV or JSON.

TD Bank

TD Bank documents downloading your account information directly to Quicken or QuickBooks, and keeps years of statements online. For activity outside whatever window your own account currently offers, or for a stack of PDF statements you're catching up on, Arkrel reads the PDF, checks its balances, and converts it to QuickBooks CSV, Xero CSV, OFX, Excel, CSV or JSON.

TD Canada Trust

TD Canada Trust's EasyWeb download only reaches back 45 days from your last download. For anything older, or for a batch of statements a client handed you, Arkrel reads the PDF and checks its balances before converting it to QuickBooks CSV, Xero CSV, OFX, Excel, CSV or JSON.
