Subprocessors

Arkrel uses the subprocessors listed below to help provide the Service. "Primary processing" (document extraction and verification) is performed by Conecta Media LLC itself, on its own servers, and is not outsourced to a third party.

• Subprocessor: Conecta Media LLC (own infrastructure). Purpose: Document extraction and data verification ("the engine"). Location: United States.
• Subprocessor: Cloudflare, Inc.. Purpose: Application hosting, API, database (D1), file storage (R2), and (only as an automated fallback when our own extraction is briefly unavailable) fallback AI extraction (Workers AI). Cloudflare does not use data sent to Workers AI to train models: developers.cloudflare.com/workers-ai/platform/data-usage/. Location: Global edge network, United States-based company.
• Subprocessor: Stripe, Inc.. Purpose: Payment processing and billing. Location: United States.
• Subprocessor: Plaid, Inc.. Purpose: Optional bank connections, account details, transaction activity and statement PDFs. Location: United States.
• Subprocessor: Resend. Purpose: Transactional email delivery (sign-in links, notifications, receipts, export-ready links). Location: United States.

We will update this page when we add or remove a subprocessor. Under our Data Processing Addendum, customers who have signed the DPA may object to a new subprocessor within 14 days of us posting the change, by emailing support@arkrel.com.
