Yes. No account, no credit card, no email address. It is limited to 3 pages and 5 MB per file, and a daily limit per visitor, to keep it free for everyone. For higher volume or larger files, the Developer API offers a free monthly page allotment, with page packs from $9 for 100 pages.
What happens to my invoice after I upload it?
It is processed once and the file and the result are both deleted from our servers within an hour automatically. Nothing is kept, reviewed, or used for anything else.
What if the invoice's totals don't add up?
You still get the Excel file, but the document is marked partial or needs review instead of a false success, and the mismatched field is flagged so you know exactly what to check by hand.
Does the Excel file include every line item?
Yes. The workbook has one sheet for the invoice-level fields and one sheet with every line item row, in the same structure the full API returns.
