PDF table to Excel, free
Upload any PDF, photo, or scan with a table in it (invoices, statements, order forms, price lists, reports) and get back the table as an Excel or CSV file. The row count is cross-checked against the page's own structure, not just however many rows the text happened to parse into.

PDF, PNG, or JPEG · up to 3 pages · up to 5MB
No account or email required. Your file and the result are automatically deleted within 50 minutes.
How it works
- 1Upload a PDF, photo, or scan with a table on it (up to 3 pages, 5 MB)
- 2The engine locates the main table and extracts every row and column
- 3The number of rows extracted is cross-checked against the table structure detected on the page itself
- 4Download the table as an Excel workbook, CSV, or JSON
Fields extracted
line_itemsWhat kind of tables does this work on?
Any single table with a header row and data rows: price lists, order forms, simple reports, schedules. For a specific document type like an invoice, bank statement, receipt, or purchase order, the dedicated tools above extract the document's own fields as well as its table, not just the table alone.
How does it know if a row was missed?
The page is independently scanned for table structure (ruled lines, column alignment). If that count doesn't match the number of rows extracted, the document is marked partial or needs review instead of a silent, possibly-incomplete success.
What's the free limit?
3 pages and 5 MB per file, with a daily limit per visitor, at no cost and no account required.
Is my document kept afterward?
No. The uploaded file and the extracted result are both deleted automatically within an hour, and no email address is collected to use this tool.
