October 15 extension guide

I filed an extension. Can I get my 2025 books done before October 15?
Start today: upload your January through December 2025 statements or forward them to your Arkrel email-in address, then review merchants. Agree a handoff date with your accountant before the October 15, 2026 deadline. The Schedule C style report is available for a paid year. Catch-Up is $599 one time per tax year for one business, with 12 months of access.
What happens when Catch-Up ends?
Access lasts 12 months from payment settlement. Then that year locks: uploads, processing, edits, reports, exports, downloads and accountant share links stop, and unused Catch-Up pages expire. An active Autopilot plan covering that year or a Catch-Up repurchase restores access. Repurchasing starts a fresh 12 months and 3,000 pages. Files you already downloaded are yours.
What if I go over my page allowance?
Catch-Up and Autopilot cover far more pages than almost anyone needs. If you go over, buy a page pack any time.
How many pages does Autopilot include?
Autopilot is $59/month with 1,500 pages a month included. More pages come from optional one-time page packs: 100 pages for $9, 500 for $29, or 2,000 for $79. Buy a pack from Billing when you need more pages.
What do I get for free?
Upload one statement, free, no card. The allowance is one free statement per person across every business in your account. It is sorted by merchant with rules that remember, and you see a preview of your books. The full tax report, accountant exports (QuickBooks CSV, Xero CSV, and OFX), and sharing with your accountant through a read-only share link stay locked until you pay.
What does Catch-Up unlock?
Catch-Up is $599, one time, for one tax year for one business: 12 months of access from payment settlement, up to 3,000 pages of statements and receipts for that year, merchant review, My year, the tax report, exports, and a link to share with your accountant. Each business buys its own Catch-Up year or Autopilot.
What if a paid plan is not right for me?
30-day money-back guarantee from payment settlement. Your first eligible refund is automatic and in full if you have not downloaded, exported or shared a paid report from that business since paying. Otherwise, and for a second request from the same account or card, we review it by hand. Deliverables are tax report PDF or CSV downloads, accountant CSV downloads, QuickBooks/Xero/OFX accountant exports from the dashboard, categorized statement-set exports, data ZIP downloads containing these reports, and accountant share links. A download counts when our server releases the file. A paid report from any tax year counts for payments already settled in that business. Viewing merchant review or My year, downloading original uploads, and raw Developer API extraction results do not count.
Is there a free trial?
There is no free trial. Start with Free: one statement, no card. Paid plans come with a 30-day money-back guarantee.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel Autopilot anytime from the Billing page; your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.
