Convert
Delivery Note to JSON, verified
Upload a delivery note (a PDF, a scan, or a photo) and get back verified JSON data: every field checked, every item accounted for, and a clear, machine-readable reason attached the moment anything doesn't add up instead of a spreadsheet that just looks right. Built for wiring the result straight into your own app, database, or workflow tool.
Steps
- 1Upload the delivery note (drag-and-drop in the dashboard, or POST it to the API)
- 2The document is extracted and run through the checks below; every delivery note reaches succeeded, partial, needs_review, or failed, never stuck
- 3Read the JSON result over the API the moment it's ready, or have it pushed to you by webhook
Does it check the math, or just read the text?
Both. Extraction reads the fields, then a separate verification pass runs the checks in the table below before the delivery note is marked done. A delivery note that extracts cleanly but fails a check is marked `partial` with the exact reason, not `succeeded`.
What happens to a delivery note it can't fully read?
It never comes back looking like an empty success. A page that failed to process, a required field that's genuinely missing, or a document with zero extractable data each get their own status (`partial`, `needs_review`, or `failed`) and a specific reason code, not a blank field sitting next to everything else that worked.
Can this run automatically when a new one arrives by email?
Yes, through the n8n, Zapier, or Make integrations: watch an inbox for attachments, upload each one, and get the result back as a trigger in the same workflow, without a person opening the email.
